Background
The Digital Change & Adoption Manager will lead the end-to-end change, training, and communication efforts required to successfully roll out and embed the organization's digital platforms. This role is focused on driving user adoption and behavioral change, ensuring that digital solutions are not only deployed but understood, embraced, and consistently used across Headquarters, field operations, and the wider organization. The position will establish a repeatable, scalable change and adoption model to support current and future digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
OverviewThe Digital Transition and Change Manager will be responsible for end-to-end operationalization of the organization's flagship digital platforms, ensuring their effective rollout, adoption, and sustained use across Headquarters and field operations. The role will oversee the transition from project-based delivery to stable, user-centric operational services embedded in the organization's workflows. In the longer term, the position will provide a sustained capability within Information Management Unit (IMU) to operationalize future digital solutions and ensure their alignment with the organization's operational priorities.

- 7-10+ years of experience in change management, training, or digital adoption roles.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end change initiatives for digital or system implementations.
- Strong experience in training design and delivery, content creation (job aids, guides, videos), stakeholder engagement and communications.
- Ability to simplify complex systems into user-friendly guidance.
- Experience working in global, decentralized, or multicultural environments preferred.
- Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is an asset.
- PMP
- Design and execute end-to-end change management strategies for digital platform rollouts.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
- Develop and implement adoption plans tailored to diverse global user groups.
- Monitor adoption metrics and proactively address resistance or low engagement.
- Design and deliver role-based training programs (virtual, in-person, and self‑paced).
- Create high-quality learning materials, including job aids and quick reference guides, step‑by‑step user manuals, training decks and facilitator guides, short‑form training videos and walkthroughs, etc.
- Develop and execute clear, user‑centric communication plans.
- Create multi‑channel communications (emails, intranet, webinars, announcements).
- Establish mechanisms for user feedback, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze feedback and usage data to refine training, communications, and processes.
- Track risks related to adoption, training, and user readiness.
- Provide regular updates on adoption progress, challenges, and mitigation actions.
Initial 6‑month contract with possibility of extensions; this is a long‑term requirement.
