The Integration Engineering Senior Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and ongoing management of integration solutions across enterprise systems. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people, process, and architectural oversight, working closely with application development teams, business stakeholders, and infrastructure leaders to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable system interoperability.

The Integration Engineering Senior Manager plays a critical role in defining integration strategy, overseeing API and middleware platforms, and driving automation initiatives that support business operations and digital transformation.

Job Responsibilities Provide technical and strategic leadership for enterprise integration architecture, APIs, middleware platforms, and automation workflows.

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable integration solutions across internal and external systems.

Collaborate with business analysts, application owners, and infrastructure teams to define integration requirements and translate them into technical and architectural standards.

Manage and mentor integration engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and professional development support.

Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring reliability, performance, and data integrity. Ensuring best practices and documentation standards

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring high availability and operational stability.

Ensure integrations comply with enterprise security standards, data governance policies, and regulatory requirements.

Partner with Dev Ops and platform teams to support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy.

Participate in testing, deployment planning, and production readiness reviews for integration solutions.

Continuously evaluate and improve integration tools, platforms, and architecture to align with business and technology roadmaps.

Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent working experience.

Skills and Experience Required
10+ years of experience in systems integration, software development, or related technical roles, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.

Experience with integration platforms such as Mule Soft or Azure Logic Apps.

Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.

Advanced scripting skills (e.g., Python, Power Shell).Solid understanding with SQL and relational databases.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
