The ideal candidate will act as a hands-on Technical Lead and Solution Designer / Developer, guiding teams, defining best practices, and delivering scalable, high-performance digital experiences.

• Solution Design: Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of AEM-based digital platforms, covering both headless (API-first) and headful (template-driven) architectures
• Solution Patterns: Define scalable and reusable solution patterns using Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, Graph
  
  QL APIs, and SPA frameworks
• AEMaaCS & Cloud Native: Drive adoption of AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, and containerized deployments
• AEM Development: Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using Sling Models, OSGi, and HTL
• Content & DAM: Build and manage AEM Sites and Assets (DAM) for enterprise content and digital asset management
• Integrations: Integrate AEM with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Performance & Caching: Implement scalable caching, CDN strategies, and performance optimization
• Adobe Experience Cloud Integration: Integrate AEM with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and other Experience Cloud solutions to enable data-driven personalization and insights
• Headless & Frontend: Define and implement CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops processes, and automated deployments for AEM environments
• Environment Management: Manage AEM environments (Author, Publish, Dispatcher) aligned with best practices
• Modernization: Drive modernization initiatives including migration from on-prem AEM to AEM Cloud Service
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to distributed development teams; collaborate with business stakeholders to align solutions with business goals; own technical governance, code quality, and platform scalability

  Skills:
  
  8 to 12+ years of experience in digital platforms, with 5+ years in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Expertise: AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), Forms;
  Headless CMS (Content Fragments, Graph
  
  QL); AEM Core Components and Editable Templates;
  Sling, OSGi, JCR repository; AEM workflows, content modeling, and personalization;
  Multi-site management, localization, and governance;
  Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
• Hands-on: Adobe Launch / Tag Management;
  Adobe Experience Cloud integrations;
  Understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and content lifecycle
• CI/CD & Performance: Tools (Jenkins, Git Hub, Maven);
  Performance optimization and scalability

• Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience in Financial Services / Insurance industry (CX transformation use cases)
• Certifications: Adobe certifications (AEM Developer / Architect)
• Scale & Personalization: Experience in large-scale, multi-region AEM implementations; exposure to personalization, CDP, or Mar Tech platforms
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and architecture skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs; excellent communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities; passion for innovation in digital experience and customer engagement

• Reusability of components and reduction in technical debt

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour - $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
