Location:

Albany, NY (Hybrid)

• Experience in developing web applications using HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors such as Sass and Less), and JavaScript (ES6+), along with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Proficient with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack and Parcel, version control systems like Git, and browser developer tools for debugging, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and interactive prototyping libraries and frameworks for advanced UI/UX design concepts.
• Experience implementing accessible web applications in compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA standards and defining usability and accessibility best practices.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle, and mentored junior team members on UI/UX and front-end best practices.
• Led user research activities, analyzed findings, and translated insights into actionable design improvements using tools such as Jira, , Lookback, Survey Monkey, Typeform, Excel, Google Sheets, and visualization platforms like Miro and Mural.
