Sr. SW Engineer | AI | MS Foundry | Hybrid in Midtown

Build AI-driven applications used daily within a global professional services environment

• Hands-on with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and custom development
• Partner with R&D and data scientists on emerging AI use cases
• Hybrid with 3 days in office
• Midtown NYC
• Base Salary Range 200k - 250k

• Design and deliver custom AI applications integrated into daily business workflows
• Build chatbots, automation agents, and intelligent assistants using Copilot Studio
• Develop full-stack solutions on top of MS365
• React/Node UIs, Graph API backends
• Stand up Power Apps, Automate flows, and Virtual Agents
• Work the full SDLC: design → build → test → deploy → support
• Apply CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing
• Troubleshoot, fix, and continuously improve what's already in production

• Azure OpenAI + Cognitive Services
• Copilot Studio, Bot Services
• Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Virtual Agents)
• React, Node.js, Type Script
• Python
• Graph API, MS365
• Azure ML, Azure Foundry
• Git, CI/CD pipelines

• 5+ years building enterprise software with an AI, automation and cloud focus
• Comfortable across Azure AI services and the MS365 stack
• Strong in Python and modern JavaScript/Type Script, Powershell
• Working knowledge of NLP and chatbot patterns
• Familiar with Dev Ops practices and Git workflows
• Clear written and verbal communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
• Able to juggle concurrent projects without dropping the ball
• Ideally, this experience is within professional services setting (CPA firm, Law, Management Consulting)
• Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar is ideal
