Eastern Peak is scaling its enterprise presence in the US across AI, Salesforce, modernization, and custom software. As we advance more complex, high-value conversations, we need a seasoned technical voice in the room — someone who can translate ambiguous buyer problems into clear solution options, defensible architectures, and scopes that close.
We're starting on-demand with a clear view toward a full-time seat for the right person.
What you’ll do:- Lead technical discovery in qualified US sales calls – asking the right questions, identifying unstated constraints, and structuring what you learn into a clear picture of the problem.
- Translate customer needs into solution options with timelines, assumptions, risks, and pricing logic – turning messy discovery into a structured scope that stakeholders can act on.
- Author and support proposals and SOWs – contributing technical architecture, delivery estimates, and outcome framing that wins trust at the CTO and VP level.
- Handle technical objections from CTOs, VPs of Engineering, product and AI/data leaders with confidence and clarity.
- Partner with Eastern Peak's delivery and architecture teams in Europe and Israel to validate scope before proposals go out the door.
- Build reusable offer templates across AI readiness assessments, Agentforce pilots, modernization discovery, Salesforce optimization, and MVP/product discovery engagements.
- 5+ years across solution architecture and presales, ideally within a company of 200+ employees. Alternatively, you have been in VP of Engineering role (or similar) in 100‑200M$+ companies that give you a clear POV of inner kitchen.
- Proven track record scoping and pricing engagements for $50M–$500M companies.
- Experience supporting deals in the $80K–$1M range.
- Hands‑on experience building AI agents, LLM integrations, or workflow automation (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar).
- Ability to communicate directly with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
- Based in New York City metro area (NYC, NJ, or CT)
- Working overlap hours with European teams (CET/EET compatible).
- Salesforce platform experience – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or integrations.
- Background working with global enterprise clients.
- Experience working with offshore or nearshore delivery teams.
- Industry experience in financial services, healthcare, logistics, hospitality, retail, or enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with fixed‑price, milestone‑based, or outcome‑based engagement models.
- You can run a discovery call and walk out with a structured scope, assumptions, risks, and next steps – even when the client doesn't know exactly what they want.
- You write proposals that technical buyers trust and commercial buyers can sell with.
- You're comfortable owning the technical conversation at the executive level.
