This Jobot Consulting job is hosted by Amanda Preston. We are hiring a six-month contractor for the role of Generative AI Training & Support Specialist. Salary: $80 - $90 per hour. We are a large, enterprise-scale organization focused on building modern, consumer-grade technology experiences for employees across a diverse and highly collaborative environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager of User Engagement, Education & Tech Academy, this individual will be responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting generative AI training and enablement programs across the enterprise.
This role involves working with enterprise AI platforms and end users, designing live and on-demand training, creating learning materials, and coordinating internal AI community programs. The position supports alignment with organizational policies around AI usage and data privacy and requires collaboration with HR, Legal, and Technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities- Design and facilitate live and on-demand training on generative AI tools including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar platforms.
- Develop engaging learning materials including guides, job aids, tutorials, and video content for employees with varying levels of AI experience.
- Support internal AI community programs and learning initiatives through session coordination, logistics management, and content creation.
- Serve as a support resource for employee questions related to AI tools, use cases, and responsible AI practices.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Technology stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational policies around AI usage and data privacy.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to create AI-focused professional development content such as change management and AI adoption trainings.
- Track training participation, engagement, and learner feedback to continuously improve programs.
- Stay current on AI platform updates and identify relevant learning opportunities for employees.
- Serve as the primary administrator for enterprise AI environments including ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise, manage platform configuration, workspace administration, organizational settings, and user provisioning.
- Maintain team structures, access controls, and workspace segmentation across departments or business units.
- Act as the primary liaison with enterprise AI vendors and support teams for escalations and platform support.
- Generate utilization reporting related to licensing, compliance, and usage metrics.
- 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, adult education, learning & development, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience administering enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude Enterprise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy best practices.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating and facilitating both live and asynchronous learning experiences.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them to AI-related training content.
- Comfortable operating in a rapidly evolving environment where tools, policies, and best practices continue to change.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and Outlook.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices and governance principles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work onsite in New York City three days per week.
