Location: New York

Lysora Technology is seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Engineer to support technical enablement, localized market support, and pre‑sales engineering activities across the Greater New York ecosystem.

You will serve as the technical bridge between our enterprise networking solutions, internal sales teams, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical and product training to internal sales teams and channel partners, focusing on networking products, complete solutions, and marketing tools.
  • Technical Mentorship
    • Empower and coach partner sales engineers (SEs) to independently support SME networking deployments and projects.
    • Create and localize technical sales tools and collateral to help accelerate partner and internal sales cycles.
    • Support localized pilot testing and execution of marketing activities to drive partner and customer acquisition.
    • Drive local pilot testing, technical validation, and market adoption for newly introduced networking products and enterprise solutions.
  • Market Feedback & requirements Analysis
    • Collect and analyze local market requirements and product feedback, and collaborate closely with product and R&D teams.
    • Work closely with sales teams and channel partners to design technical solutions, conduct PoC testing, and support high‑value SME projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of pre‑sales engineering experience in enterprise networking
  • Strong knowledge of Ethernet switching, WLAN, and networking solutions
  • Hands‑on configuration and troubleshooting experience required
  • Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills
  • CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent certifications preferred
  • Experience with channel enablement, technical marketing, or SME networking ecosystems is a plus
