Job Title: CRM Implementation & Training Specialist
Location: Midtown NYC, Hybrid 2-3 days/week
Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a CRM Implementation & Training Specialist for a long-term contract in New York, NY. This role bridges the gap between technical setup and user proficiency as the firm migrates from Salesforce to Deal Cloud. The position is hybrid (3 days on-site), including paid travel for regional rollouts.
Contract Duration12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience- 2–5 years of experience in CRM implementation, data migration support, or banking operations.
- Technical familiarity with Deal Cloud architecture and user permissions.
- Practical experience working in a fast-paced Investment Banking environment.
- High-level troubleshooting skills for software-related user issues.
- Experience with Intapp integrations or Deal Cloud data schemas.
- Previous experience supporting a Salesforce-to-Deal Cloud migration project.
- Strong documentation skills for internal process standards.
- Tech Breakdown: 70% Deal Cloud Configuration & Support
