* Act as the go-to expert on data and analytics, providing strategic recommendations and insights through compelling, data-driven storytelling to influence key stakeholders
* Design and build executive-level dashboards and self-serve reporting tools to track KPIs across Nextgen products
* Own the end-to-end development of curated datasets and scalable reporting pipelines in Snowflake and other internal tools (Tableau Prep, Airflow)
* Enable and automate operational rhythms such as QBRs, APMs, G4G, and monthly business reviews by delivering high-quality insights and visuals
* Collaborate across functions - including finance, sales programs, operations, and product to align on goals and inform key decisions
* Partner with teams to standardize definitions, metrics, and reporting frameworks for consistency across the org### Tools & Skills You'll Use
* Advanced SQL (Snowflake), dashboarding in Tableau, and data modeling fundamentals
* In-depth knowledge of sales related datasets / metrics e.g. acv, op, pipegen, account, aov, commit, g4g, carving, etc.
* Experience in managing datasets, building reporting layers, and delivering BI solutions that scale
* Ability to translate business questions into structured analysis, and distill complex results into actionable insights### What We’re Looking For
* 3-5 years of experience in data analytics / business intelligence
* Strong business acumen with a passion for data and analytics
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
* Detail-oriented with the ability to zoom out and think strategically
* A "get-it-done" attitude with the curiosity to explore and improve
* Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executives
