MIO Functional Consultant; Hybrid

Position: MIO Functional Consultant (Hybrid)
Location: Armonk

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that has an opening for a full-time employment opportunity. This position will be hybrid and will require the candidate to be onsite 2-3 days a month. The pay on this role depends on the candidate's level of expertise and experience which will be deemed by the client.

Key Tasks:

* Manage and deliver enterprise implementation projects with our largest and most strategic customers

* Ensure long-term adoption for customers, support organizational change and generate business value in a short timeline

* Deliver business analysis and solutions engineering - work closely with our customer champions to understand in detail the use cases and business processes, and define and implement the solutions in the client's environment

* Prepare technical objectives - identify and describe key goals and provide the work processes to achieve these goals

* Engage with customers and other parties to develop system design, functional and technical specifications to meet customer functionality, reporting, customization and integration requirements

* Lead workshops with clients to review business processes in relation to Inventory Management

* Serve as the software expert and product specialist, aiming to solve customer business challenges

* Engage closely with and provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering regarding customers' unmet product needs

REQUIREMENTS:

* BS or MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or other Scientific degree

* 10-15 years professional services/technology consulting/sales engineering experience with focus in software/IT in enterprise customers (SAP, Maximo)

* 5-10 years of Inventory Management and/or Materials and Reliability industry experience

* Microsoft SQL skills

* Experience designing/implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions, cloud services, and providing business-transformation consulting services, including strategic planning and business process re-engineering

* Ability to deliver world-class services and high-impact results

* Ability to balance multiple projects at any given time and stay on top of all details

* Ability to facilitate and harness cross-team collaboration working with teams in-person and virtually across the globe

* Strong presentation and communication skills

* Enthusiastic, personable and flexible

* Team player

* Positive attitude and very customer-centric; always willing to put the customers' needs first

* Expert knowledge of various software development process models and with procedural and object-oriented programming concepts

* Knowledge of build systems and software development tools

Preferred Requirements:

* 15+ years of experience in end-to-end solutioning, effort estimations, and delivery for enterprise platforms

* Recent hands-on experience configuring and supporting MIO

* Experience performing MIO assessments, identifying gaps, and advising on roadmap and best practices

* Excellent customer service skills

* Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate customer requirements, objectives, and technical IT drivers to the company's professional services, support and technical services organizations

* Decisive, resourceful and innovative, with demonstrated success at developing and implementing original ideas

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
