Arka Innovate is seeking a
Generative AI Architect
who brings a strong combination of
deep technical expertise and strategic thinking
. This individual will lead the
design, development, and deployment of Generative AI solutions
that address complex business problems.

• Design and implement
  end-to-end Generative AI architectures
  leveraging
  LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and agent-based workflows
  .
• Partner with
  product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Develop
  prototypes and production-grade GenAI applications
  across modalities such as
  text, code, speech, and vision
  .
• Establish
  best practices for model governance, reliability, performance monitoring, and cost optimization
  in deployed AI systems.
• Evaluate and integrate
  emerging AI models, frameworks, and tools
  to continuously improve platform capabilities.
• Provide
  technical leadership and mentorship
  to engineering teams in areas such as
  prompt engineering, GenAI architecture, and responsible AI practices
  .

• 8+ years
  of experience in
  software engineering, machine learning, or AI development
  .
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI
  , working with platforms such as
  OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI
  .
• Experience building
  RAG-based applications and LLM-powered systems
  in production environments.
• Strong experience with
  Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar GenAI orchestration frameworks
  .
• Hands-on experience with
  vector databases
  such as
  Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar technologies
  .
• Experience designing
  agent-based architectures, orchestration workflows, and fine-tuning pipelines
  .
• Strong background in
  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)and modern AI development tools.
