Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our Financial Crime Technology team.

This role involves leading strategic and tactical solution implementations, delivering high-quality projects, and contributing to technology transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java technologies, front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and financial crime domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of strategic and tactical technology solutions.
  • Manage project delivery within scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other leads to drive technology transformation.
  • Write code aligned with requirements and design specifications.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance performance and growth.
  • Continuously seek knowledge from internal and external sources.
  • Utilize Dev Ops tools to automate testing and deployment processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience in core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data, and Spring Batch.
  • 8–10 years of experience with Angular or React frameworks.
  • Proven track record of implementing large-scale projects on the Java platform.
  • Strong experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and Mongo

    DB.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, profiling, and lineage.
  • Experience in defining reusable solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
  • Solid background in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Data Bricks.
  • Expertise in software architecture and design patterns (SOA, layered architecture, component-based architecture).
  • Domain expertise in financial services, specifically financial crime technologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with financial crime tools such as Actimize.
  • Familiarity with Kafka.
  • Exposure to machine learning and predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of test-driven development.
