Job Description:Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our Financial Crime Technology team.
This role involves leading strategic and tactical solution implementations, delivering high-quality projects, and contributing to technology transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java technologies, front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and financial crime domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of strategic and tactical technology solutions.
- Manage project delivery within scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other leads to drive technology transformation.
- Write code aligned with requirements and design specifications.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance performance and growth.
- Continuously seek knowledge from internal and external sources.
- Utilize Dev Ops tools to automate testing and deployment processes.
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, Spring Data, and Spring Batch.
- 8–10 years of experience with Angular or React frameworks.
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale projects on the Java platform.
- Strong experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and Mongo
DB. - Proficiency in data analysis, profiling, and lineage.
- Experience in defining reusable solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Solid background in Agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Data Bricks.
- Expertise in software architecture and design patterns (SOA, layered architecture, component-based architecture).
- Domain expertise in financial services, specifically financial crime technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with financial crime tools such as Actimize.
- Familiarity with Kafka.
- Exposure to machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of test-driven development.
