Chief Technology Officer; CTO – AI Video & Image Platform

We're developing an AI-powered platform that enables advanced face-swapping for photos and videos, and we're looking for a CTO who can own the technical vision and execution.

• Design and build our AI media processing engine
• Lead development of image and video face-swapping technology
• Build scalable backend systems and cloud infrastructure
• Optimize GPU utilization and rendering performance
• Recruit and manage engineering talent
• Establish technical roadmaps and development processes
• Collaborate closely with founders on business strategy
• Implement AI safety and abuse prevention measures

• Strong expertise in AI/ML and computer vision
• Experience with deepfake technologies, diffusion models, GANs, or similar generative AI systems
• Knowledge of video processing frameworks and media optimization
• Experience deploying and scaling GPU-heavy applications
• Ability to move between coding, architecture, and leadership responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Startup leadership experience
• Creator economy or VFX industry experience
• Experience managing remote engineering teams
