About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-growing fintech company delivering connectivity and workflow automation solutions to global financial institutions.
You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and product owners to investigate issues, support integrations, and ensure the highest level of service quality. The role combines technical troubleshooting, customer communication, and cross‑functional collaboration within a high-performance technology environment.
TasksAssist customers with product integration and onboarding queries.
Support production-related issues and service requests.
Investigate and manage production alerts and incidents.
Coordinate with internal teams to drive issues through to resolution.
Manage production and UAT environments and user accounts.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and communication.
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and operational workflows.
Requirements- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing technical incidents and customer-facing issues.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools.
- Understanding of FIX Protocol and electronic trading environments.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to manage issues through to completion.
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
- Knowledge of Fixed Income or Capital Markets.
- Linux/Unix scripting experience.
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Experience using Git Hub.
- Ability to read and understand Java code.
Base Salary: USD $100,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)
