Job :  |  Services LLC

Amazon Catalog Services builds the systems that host and run the world’s largest e‑Commerce catalog. Within this organization, Product Knowledge (PK) is responsible for mining, modeling, storing and vending the product catalog metadata. This metadata (schema) governs all possible product information and powers Amazon end‑to‑end processes, starting from how we organize products, define all possible product attributes, guide selling partners when listing them, all the way to powering customer shopping experiences (e.g., product overview on detail pages, browse taxonomy, search and navigation filters).

If you’ve ever shopped on Amazon, you interacted with our product.

We are investing in an initiative to resolve catalog problems at scale using Agents, Skills, and Generative AI. This includes performing agentic operations that replicate expert decisions comparable to humans with high precision. The investments encompass platform infrastructure, agent creation, client adoption, and measurement of impact. We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) in New York to lead platform investments and grow our client base.
