UX Designer

We're partnering with a financial services company, to find a talented UX Designer. This role is onsite in NYC. Temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to shape user experiences for our customer service and back-office professionals. The position duration is 10-26 weeks, supporting innovative experience design efforts.

• Develop intuitive solutions to enhance interaction quality across multiple digital products and platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with industry standards.
• Utilize advanced information architecture techniques and storyboarding to craft user-friendly interfaces that improve navigation and user satisfaction.
• Analyze user data and behavioral insights to guide design decisions and optimize the overall user experience.
• Work with diverse teams to integrate inclusive design principles and accessibility standards, ensuring products serve a broad user base.
• Employ an iterative design process, incorporating user feedback to continually elevate the usability of our offerings.

• Over 3 years of experience in user experience design or a similar role focused on improving digital product experiences.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling, functional interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to design and refine user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
• Strong skills in interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights for design improvements.
• Knowledge of inclusive design, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with experience creating accessible digital solutions.
