Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience with AI concepts (Generative AI, LLMs) and leveraging AI tools to enhance the design process.

- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross‑functional organization.

- Experience designing for and collaborating with Policy, Legal, Trust and Safety, or Public Sector stakeholders in high‑stakes environments.
- Experience working with UX Writing/Content Design and designing conversational or multimodal AI interfaces.
- Experience with Visual Design, Motion Design and advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Origami, Protopie, Rive, Online IDEs, etc.).

You will work across the UX spectrum, from concept exploration and pitching future‑facing visions to executing and shipping highly polished, scalable interfaces, collaborating with engineering, product management, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver industry‑leading products that impact billions of people globally.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design‑centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
