Job Summary

TYLin is seeking a Data Analyst to support the delivery of high-impact advisory services across infrastructure, organizational performance, and technology enablement.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional with strong technical analytics skills and an interest in real-world infrastructure and organizational challenges.

As a data and analytics specialist embedded within the multidisciplinary Water Advisory team, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that inform strategy, planning, and investment decisions.

You will contribute to projects spanning asset management, resilience planning, capital program strategy, digital transformation, and organizational effectiveness, while building modern data workflows, tools, and visualizations that improve how clients understand and manage their systems.

Working in a supporting role alongside senior consultants and project teams, you will deliver high-quality, data-driven work products while developing your consulting and technical skillsets. Successful team members demonstrate initiative, engage proactively with colleagues, and are comfortable working with some ambiguity to advance project goals.
