Flexibility:
This role is subject to a flexible hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of 2 predetermined days per week in our mid‑town office.
The Content Management Coordinator is responsible for day‑to‑day web site content management support for various CRF websites, including TCTMD. The position will focus primarily on implementation of compelling editorial and clinical content for TCTMD as well as website updates for stakeholders. S/he will work with all available resources including internal staff and external vendors to assure constant updates are performed to the website.
S/he will create and maintain fresh content for the website and remove all dated content as necessary.
- Maintain website operations; assuring the website is functioning on the world wide web at appropriate speed and access with minimal to no unscheduled down time.
- Develops editorial calendars and manages content gathering/editing/approval/posting.
- Works with Content Manager & Associate to develop, post, and publish content in a timely fashion.
- Works with writers and editors to post news articles in a timely fashion.
- Reviews content as it is received and edits content for appropriateness.
- Uploads content into the various Content Management Systems (CMS), such as Drupal, Craft, and others, including assigning metadata, scheduling permissions, and tags.
- Works with clients and prospective clients to develop and manage content from new programs and sponsorship opportunities.
- Integrates self into team environment comprised of marketing professionals, copy writers, editors, graphics web developers, and other writing and meetings professionals.
- Prioritizes information that needs immediate attention in a busy website environment.
- Maintains strong understanding of site architecture and infrastructure including CMS applications and limitations.
- Tracks and reports relevant site analytics for content using Google Analytics.
- Maintains and posts content to social media channels, including but not limited to Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, X and You Tube.
- Ensures content from conferences, including videos, PPT/PDFs presentations, and news, is posted in a timely manner and supports the user experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of online content management and social media marketing. Medical communications or pharmaceutical ad agency experience is a plus.
- Experience working with Photoshop is a plus.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Hands‑on experience managing CMS platforms and executing across corporate social media channels (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik Tok, You Tube); familiarity with open‑source CMS (Drupal, Craft, Word Press) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results working with multiple teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information effectively to groups.
- Solid analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, patience, professionalism, and ability to effectively interact with staff and management alike.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with CRF staff, physicians, senior managers and their assistants, vendors, industry professionals and event attendees.
- Ability to communicate effectively when writing e‑mail, reports, and letters.
- Ability to read and interpret CRF policies and memos.
- Strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and organization.
- Must be able to prioritize, and possess excellent communication skills, an assertive personality, and ability to multi‑task in a fast paced and, at times, noisy environment.
- Must be willing to learn subject matter.

The hiring range for this position is $52,000 - $58,000 per year. The annual salary that will ultimately be offered to the successful candidate will depend on job‑related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
