Project ScopeSeeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple IT projects within a healthcare technology environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and document business requirements.
- Develop project plans and execute projects through completion.
- Manage project schedules, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting.
- Create and maintain project documentation and management artifacts.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple high-profile projects concurrently.
- Support portfolio and program management activities as needed.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong background managing projects within a Healthcare Insurance IT environment.
- Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and effort estimation.
- Experience with SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related project management tools.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Medicaid or Healthcare Delivery Systems experience.
- PMP or PMI Certification.
- Experience working with large-scale healthcare technology projects.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
