Job Location - NYC NY (Day One Onsite - Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities Drive day to day program management for enterprise data governance and regulatory uplift initiatives.

Coordinate across multiple delivery leaders business teams technology teams and data stakeholders to track progress risks dependencies and deliverables.

Consolidate updates from multiple work streams into clear executive level summaries and status reports for senior leadership.

Support governance forums working groups steering committees and action tracking Ensure alignment across data governance activities including data quality metadata controls lineage ownership policy adherence and regulatory commitments.

Gather information across teams synthesize findings and identify creative approaches to unblock execution challenges Monitor milestones RAID items and overall program health across concurrent initiatives.

Partner with stakeholders to improve operating rhythms communication and delivery transparency Operate independently with minimal oversight in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Required Skills8 years of program or project management experience preferably within Data Management Data Governance Risk or Regulatory programs in financial services.

Strong understanding of foundational data management and governance frameworks.

Familiarity with core pillars of enterprise data programs such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Lineage, Data Ownership, Stewardship, Regulatory Data Management, Controls Issue Management.

Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and senior stakeholders simultaneously.

Strong executive communication and presentation skills including concise status reporting for Managing Director level leadership Self starter with a proactive go getter mindset and strong ownership mentality.

Ability to quickly understand complex programs and hit the ground running.

Strong problem solving coordination and organizational skills

Preferred Skills Experience supporting large regulatory remediation or uplift programs within banking or financial services.

Experience working with Divisional Data Offices Chief Data Offices Risk Compliance or Regulatory organizations.

Familiarity with regulatory expectations related to data governance and data controls.

Experience using program management and collaboration tools such as JIRA Confluence Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
