Manager-AI, Analytics, and Digital
Manager for AI, Analytics and Digital. Leads a multidisciplinary team to drive AI integration, data‑informed content strategy, and creative output. Oversees AI, Creative Services, Measurement/Data and Analytics, and research‑related communications to guide content production with insights, ensuring maximum impact across the World Bank Group.

Washington, DC or New York, United States (depending on business needs).
- AI, Measurement, Data, and Analytics: Oversees AI integration into the ECR ecosystem, including media monitoring, measurement, analytics, and content performance across web, social media, and publications. Champions responsible AI use to automate tasks, enhances analysis, establishes KPIs and frameworks for evaluating communication effectiveness, and presents regular engagement reports to senior leadership.
- Content Strategy & Insights: Develops and implements a data‑driven content strategy using audience research and performance analytics (including AI‑driven insights) to guide editorial calendars and creative priorities. Uses storytelling through data to enhance engagement and refine approaches.
- Creative Services Oversight: Leads the creative services team—designers, writers, multimedia producers—to deliver high‑quality visual and written content aligned with strategic goals. Integrates new technologies and AI‑driven content tools to improve creation and engagement, ensuring brand standards and clear messaging.
- Translation Services: Modernizes translation platforms across the WBG, incorporating AI‑assisted tools to boost efficiency and consistency while maintaining rigorous quality control for multilingual content delivery.
- Research Communications: Collaborates with research teams to translate technical reports and data‑heavy findings into accessible content for external audiences, crafting summaries, infographics, and media briefs that highlight key insights.

Collaboration:
Works closely with other ECRCM communications managers to align themes, ensure data/insights inform broader campaigns, champion innovative formats (interactive media, data visualizations), and foster continuous improvement and risk‑aware innovation.
- An advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in data science, information technology, communications, or related fields, with 12 years of progressive experience in positions of increasing complexity and responsibility, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Direct background in data science and AI is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data to drive decision‑making in content creation; proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., web analytics, social media insights, SEO metrics) and experience establishing measurement frameworks; skill with data visualization and storytelling using insights.
- Proven experience integrating emerging technologies into content workflows; familiarity with AI tools for content creation or analysis; knowledge of generative AI trends and ability to lead AI‑driven initiatives.
- Experience managing creative teams and projects from concept through execution; strong eye for quality content (writing and design) and ability to guide creatives toward strategic messaging.
- Excellent organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines; adept at coordinating across functional teams to deliver integrated content products.
- Outstanding communication and writing skills; ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences and articulate insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments; familiarity with translation/localization processes and sensitivity to cultural adaptation of content.
- A proactive approach to exploring new content formats and platforms; stays current with industry trends in content marketing, digital media, and analytics; openness to AI as an evolving tool with sound judgment on its ethical use.
