* Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and design of OMS solutions to support complex omnichannel business requirements
* Drive solution assessments, architecture alignment, and fit-gap analysis with enterprise architecture standards
* Own high-level and low-level design artifacts and lead technical design reviews across OMS modules
* Provide technical leadership during OMS implementation, customization, integration, testing, UAT, and production rollout phases
* Guide development teams on OMS best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business and operational goals
* Support OMS upgrades, roadmap planning, and production support activities including issue triage and root-cause analysis
* Coordinate with product vendors for defect resolution and enhancement planning aligned to release schedules
* Extensive hands-on experience with IBMOrder Management System (OMS) across Distributed Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, Call Center, Store, Supplier Collaboration,Logistics, and Reverse Logistics modules
* Proven expertise in OMS architecture, solution design, and end-to-end implementation in large-scale retail and omnichannel environments
* Strong experience in order lifecycle management, including sales orders, purchase orders, transfer orders, payments, invoicing, taxation, and returns
* Deep knowledge of OMS integrations with ERP, WMS, CRM, e-commerce platforms, tax engines, and logistics partners using
REST/SOAP services
* Strong proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, Angular, and microservices-based architectures
* Experience with both
B2B and B2C OMS implementations
* Strong understanding of Next-Gen OMS/ OMoC 0 architecture and containerized/cloud deployments
* Expertise in performance tuning, scalability, security, and high-availability OMS solutions
* Experience working in Agile delivery models and leading cross-functional teams
