We are seeking an experienced People Soft Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) suite. This role requires hands-on development experience along with functional understanding to design, develop, and support critical financial applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role across the full application lifecycle, including development, customization, upgrades, integrations, and production support in a complex enterprise environment.

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain People Soft FSCM applications across multiple modules.
• Write and optimize People Code, Application Engine programs, SQRs, BI Publisher reports, and Integration Broker services.
• Support the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Perform impact analysis, retrofitting, and remediation during People Tools and FSCM upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and manage integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP services.
• Support data conversion, interface development, and system integration activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal development standards, security guidelines, and SOX/audit requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, test plans, and user materials.
• Participate in performance tuning activities across SQL, queries, and batch processes.

• 10+ years of People Soft technical development experience, with at least 7 years in FSCM modules.
• Strong expertise in People Tools (People Code, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker).
• Deep understanding of financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, Billing, and Project Costing.
• Hands-on experience with People Soft upgrades, patching, and retrofitting.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including performance tuning.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong Communication Skills With Experience Documenting Technical Specifications.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
