Our platform helps organizations gain visibility into contractual commitments, streamline execution, reduce compliance risks, and ensure critical business obligations don’t fall through the cracks. As a VC‑funded legaltech startup, we are reimagining how enterprises manage post‑signature contract operations using AI.

We’re looking for a Legal Operations Lead to join our core team and work directly with the founders to help shape our product, customer success strategy, and the future of AI‑powered legal operations.

This is not a traditional legal operations role. We are looking for someone who understands enterprise legal and contract management processes deeply and is excited about leveraging AI to transform how legal teams work.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Commercial Legal, Contract Management, Legal Technology, or related functions
• Significant experience working with enterprise organizations
• Strong understanding of contracts, post‑signature processes, compliance requirements, governance, and legal operations
• Experience implementing, managing, or evaluating legal technology solutions
• Demonstrated interest in AI‑powered legal solutions and emerging legaltech trends
• Someone who actively experiments with, evaluates, or stays informed about AI tools transforming legal operations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced startup environment with high ownership

• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand legal and operational workflows
• Help design and optimize AI‑driven obligation management and legal operations processes
• Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to translate customer requirements into scalable solutions
• Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption initiatives
• Advise customers on best practices for contract governance, obligation tracking, and operational excellence
• Evaluate emerging legaltech and AI capabilities and identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes
• Serve as a trusted advisor to legal, procurement, compliance, and business stakeholders
