Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to join our Operational Effectiveness & Quality team. As part of the team, you will own the strategy, design and operation of key mechanisms, processes and programs enabling our team to effectively track, manage and respond to our expanding security assurance and compliance requirements at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders.
- Execute and drive the program/project delivery, execution, and adoption across multiple organizations and teams.
- Collaborate with program stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs.
- Build and maintain integrated reporting for areas of responsibility.
- Evaluating the efficacy of security assurance and compliance activities and leading improvements to enable delivery at scale.
- Setting and embodying team culture and the quality bar, driving cross-team alignment by negotiating and resolving conflict smoothly without formal authority.
- Managing emergent tasks against multiple shifting priorities, mitigating risks, and eliminating blockers.
- Operate a quality rhythm of the business, continuously coordinating and driving adoption of improvement efforts to manage regulatory expectations.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- Knowledge of general AI tools.
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
