A leading global bank is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Front Office Transformation team. This role will support strategic initiatives focused on Client Data Management, Regulatory Change, Legal Entity Change, and Capital Markets transformation programs.

Location:

New York, NY (Hybrid)
• Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion).

• Lead and manage multiple project work streams, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, and business objectives.
• Drive strategic initiatives related to Client Data Management, regulatory transformation, and operational process improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance reporting.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working groups, and governance forums while driving decisions and resolving issues.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely escalation and communication to senior management.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, data quality issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports highlighting project progress, risks, issues, and key milestones.
• Ensure adherence to project governance standards, audit requirements, and documentation control.
• Support Legal Entity Change initiatives and business transformation efforts impacting Capital Markets products and client data processes.

• 5–7+ years of Project Management experience within Capital Markets at a Tier 1 bank, financial institution, or leading consulting firm.
• Strong Capital Markets product knowledge, including Fixed Income, Equities, FX, Commodities, Repo, or Derivatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex regulatory, data management, legal entity change, or transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior business and technology teams.
• Proven experience working with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle, client data flows, and operational processes within Markets.
• Experience managing project governance, RAID logs, risk management, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, and large dataset management.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations and governance materials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Experience with Legal Entity Change programs and/or Capital Markets product transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
