Position SummaryTitle: SAP BTP and ABAP Developer
Location: New York City, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time (Permanent)
- Develop and maintain applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Build custom applications and extensions using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP) on BTP.
- Create and maintain ABAP programs, reports, enhancements, and interfaces within S/4
HANA and SAP BTP. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimize existing ABAP code for performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technology field.
- Minimum 12 years of SAP ABAP experience and at least 2 projects on SAP BTP.
- Experience migrating legacy custom ABAP applications to SAP BTP using SAP CAP/RAP.
- Experience with SAP BDC (Datasphere), SAP BW, and SAP BW/4
HANA. - Domain knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
- Adherence to IT/SAP project methodologies and familiarity with tools such as JIRA.
