Senior Automation Engineer — Lead QA, CI​/CD & AI Testing

Our client is seeking a seasoned Automation Engineer with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality engineering, contributing to innovative technology initiatives including Generative AI and digital transformation.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright (Type Script), Selenium (Java), Appium, Cypress, and other tools
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts in Java, JavaScript, and C#
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
• Conduct performance testing and infrastructure support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive resolution of issues
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team leadership
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report progress, risks, and quality metrics
• Support manual testing and articulate complex requirements for test case creation

• 8+ years of experience in test automation and quality engineering
• Strong technical skills (key areas: Selenium, MABL, Playwright)
• Strong experience with Playwright (Type Script), Selenium (Java), and integration testing
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience
• Solid programming skills in Java, JavaScript, and C#
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration
• Strong manual testing and API testing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in life insurance, finance, or related industries
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and cloud-native tools
• Experience with Browserstack or similar cloud services
• Strong soft skills and ability to mentor within a POD structure
• Experience with low code solutions such as TOSCA and MABL

• Pay Range:
  The approximate pay range for this position is between $40.00 and $50.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
