Senior SAP S​/HANA O2C Systems Analyst

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Senior SAP S/4

HANA O2C Systems Analyst with strong functional expertise in Order‑to‑Cash processes and experience working in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep SAP SD/O2C knowledge, strong business domain expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and third‑party vendors.

This role will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting scalable SAP S/4

HANA Order‑to‑Cash solutions, including integrations with eCommerce platforms, EDI solutions, and digital payment providers.

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4
  
  HANA Order‑to‑Cash initiatives.
• Configure and support SAP SD functionality including order management, pricing, billing, invoicing, returns, and delivery processing.
• Support key O2C capabilities including ATP, Credit Management, and Billing Plans.

• Support integrations between SAP S/4
  
  HANA and Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Work on order capture, fulfillment, pricing, promotions, and customer self‑service functionality.
• Partner with EDI teams to support retail customer transactions including 850, 855, 856, 810, and 820 documents.
• Troubleshoot and enhance integrations using middleware platforms such as SAP CPI, True Commerce, Open Text, or Seeburger.

• Integrate and support payment providers such as Stripe, Pay Pal, or Adyen.
• Support payment authorization, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Provide Level 3 production support for SAP SD and integrated applications.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements across the O2C lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of SAP SD / Order‑to‑Cash experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations.
• Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Strong understanding of EDI standards and integration platforms.
• Experience integrating digital payment providers within SAP environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

• Experience with SAP BRIM or Subscription Billing.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, REST/OData APIs, and SAP BTP.
• Experience in CPG or retail environments.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud architecture and extensibility.
