• Laptop troubleshooting
• Inventory Management
• Customer handling
• People Management
• Troubleshooting and enterprise end‑user support experience
• Experienced in Windows 11 upgrades, IMACD, hardware maintenance, and image management
• Windows EUC patching via Big Fix
• Customer satisfaction, team leadership, and service desk performance improvement
• Audio, Video troubleshooting
• Active Directory, Remote Desktop
• Troubleshooting Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Windows OS, M365, Big Fix 8, Outlook, MS TEAMS

This role is 100% onsite.

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Understanding of End User Computing
• High School Diploma/GED

• Bachelor's Degree
