The Opportunity

As part of the Data and Analytics team you will leverage advanced analytics techniques to drive insights and enhance client operations. As a Manager you will lead teams to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for financial crime detection, providing strategic direction on the use of machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models for client engagements.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and compliance, maintaining governance and explainability while managing client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience in data science/machine learning

What Sets You Apart

- Skilled in SQL for complex data queries
- Advanced Python skills for data manipulation
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics

- Experience with Large Language Models
- Knowledge of MLOps practices
- Proven track record of leading data science teams

Up to 60%

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
