We are hiring a talented product manager to help us build an industry‑leading, highly automated lending platform with emerging AI capabilities. This collaborative role involves working closely with digital product managers, engineers, designers, operations, credit, finance, and business stakeholders to transform the experience for all our customers.

Wealth Management Platforms manages industry‑leading platforms across all WM channels and client segments to provide a unified digital experience, unlock growth, and deliver efficiencies for advisors, clients, and institutions. The Digital Lending Platform Team builds an industry‑leading, highly automated lending platform supporting the next phase of growth for securities‑based lending, tailored lending, and mortgage businesses.
Responsibilities- Design and iterate new and improved technology for clients and internal staff.
- Develop innovative products with market‑leading competitive advantages that revolutionize the way people manage and spend their money.
- Collaborate with technology, business, and control partners to define and write requirements.
- Conduct end‑user research and use data analysis to inform requirements and wireframe design.
- Present findings and project updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead Agile product management teams, collaborating with design, research, technology, legal, and compliance to drive decision‑making across cross‑functional groups.
- Partner with legal, compliance, risk, technology, and operations to streamline lending product workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or system errors within lending platforms.
- 10+ years of experience across work and higher education.
- 7+ years of professional experience in technology product management or related roles.
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling complex data platforms.
- Working knowledge of financial lending products.
- Experience with software business analysis.
- Experience integrating agentic AI solutions in lending workflows (plus).
- BA/BS degree required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional experience in consumer technology, banking, wealth management, or top‑tier consulting.
- Strong attention to detail in both technical and non‑technical contexts.
- Focus on usability and eye for design.
- Excellent relationship‑building capabilities with internal and external partners.
- Independent initiative and comfort with a fast‑paced environment.
- Strategic thinker able to define, evaluate alternatives, and translate goals into project tasks.
- Highly developed sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to adapt to change and evolving business needs.
- Ability to quantify a business problem and measure benefits of technology solutions.
Expected base pay range: $110,000 – $190,000 per year al compensation may include commission, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other incentive packages.
