Director of Enterprise Data

Our client is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data to lead the strategy, development, and growth of a modern enterprise data ecosystem. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to build scalable, customer-focused analytics solutions that support business transformation, operational efficiency, and AI innovation. This is a hybrid position based in Dutchess County, NY.

Starting at $220,000/year.

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise data and analytics initiatives
• Build and mature the organization’s data ecosystem, governance standards, and operating model
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for analytics, reporting, and AI enablement
• Drive architecture and infrastructure decisions within a Microsoft Azure environment, including Azure Synapse and Fabric
• Promote analytics and data products that are scalable, cost-effective, and customer-centric

• Proven experience leading and building enterprise data and analytics organizations
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure Synapse, Fabric, and Power BI
• Familiarity with SQL and enterprise analytics platforms
• Strategic mindset with strong business and operational acumen
• Experience with in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, biotech, higher education, or utilities preferred
• Understanding of enterprise AI strategy and emerging AI technologies
