Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross‑functional Ad Platform initiatives spanning multiple teams and vendors.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, risk registries, and communication frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability at all levels.
  • Drive alignment between program priorities and engineering capacity, optimizing workflows and team velocity across releases.
  • Champion Agile best practices across multiple scrum teams, mentoring Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and engineering leads on process maturity and consistency.
  • Cultivate executive‑level visibility into project status, risks, and outcomes through dashboards, reports, and business reviews.
  • Facilitate effective go‑live planning and deployment readiness, ensuring operational teams are fully enabled for post‑launch support.
  • Strengthen vendor relationships and manage external partner deliverables, SLAs, and integration timelines.
  • Identify process efficiency opportunities across the Ad Platform ecosystem, implementing repeatable frameworks for improved resource allocation and release management.
  • Lead retrospectives across multiple programs to drive continuous improvement and scalability in execution practices.
  • Drive efficient team operations by promoting a common understanding of Scrum roles, rituals, artifacts, and processes, ensuring their adherence through a voice of reason and authority, and by facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
  • Optimize the team to their highest potential and embody the spirit of Agile and continuous improvement, motivating the team toward self‑organization, surfacing data and learnings that illuminate areas to improve, and continually learning and applying new tools and techniques to manage themselves and coach the team.
  • Create transparency into the team and trust with the business and stakeholders, continuously honing team estimation capabilities, keeping the team focused on delivering on their roadmap commitments, and providing visibility into team progress through demos, sprint progress reporting, and communication.
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments for feature/project and team success.
  • Facilitate the creation of a well‑defined product backlog.
  • Ensure planning of go‑live and deployment activities and facilitate their execution.
  • Ensure that all team members understand and accept their roles and responsibilities.
  • Assist with resource allocation and effective capacity planning for the team to determine what the team can take on in any given sprint.
  • Monitor sprint velocity and work with the team to determine how they can continue to improve on velocity and recognize additional efficiencies as they mature.
  • Track and report key project metrics, informing stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Manage feature/project delivery with respect to capital budgets.
  • Manage relationships with all invested parties, including (but not limited to):
    Product, Engineering, Brands/Audiences, and/or other key stakeholders.
  • Learn, understand, and actively use project management & ticket tracking software to effectively manage the team’s backlog and sprint‑committed items.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5‑8+ years in Agile project management in a well‑established, high‑performing Agile software development environment with at least some dedicated teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks and software engineering practices, as well as traditional project management approaches.
  • Ability to understand technologies applicable to assigned product or service area and facilitate resolution of technical needs as they arise.
  • Comfortable leading business and technology in vetting technical options.
