Information Technology Intern

Job Summary

This job requires supporting local IT operations at the office, troubleshooting and maintaining employee computers (both Windows and Mac), configuring hardware and software, setting up computers, and providing daily support to computer network users. Additionally, the person needs to manage legacy IT assets, assess their reusability, and create a comprehensive inventory.

• Prepare computers (Windows/Mac) for new hires and deliver the device to the user
• Reset and use computers and identify if the computer is in reusable condition. If it is reusable, complete the setup
• Prepare necessary equipment other than PCs

• Organize the IT server room
• Coordinate the disposal of outdated IT equipment by listing it and contacting the recycling vendor
• Assist with lifting boxes weighing approximately 25 to 40 pounds

• Windows PC experience is a must
• IT operational background is a plus
• Bilingual (Korean-English) is a plus
• Proficiency in Office tools (Word/Excel/Power Point) is a must

• Meticulous, analytical, and independent
• A confident self-starter with a high level of drive

• Results oriented, resourceful, resilient, meticulous, has initiative, and willing to be “hands‑on” when required
• Good listener and dedicated team player, willing to help others
