Our Fortune 500 client (one of the world's largest cosmetics companies) is looking for a hardworking, motivated Digital Specialist I to join their innovative team.
Role Description- Manage the brand’s global website platform (Next Gen Lora Brand Layer) and ensure its maintenance and accessibility.
- Implement the latest features and technical best practices to keep the global brand layer current.
- Act as the bridge between direct‑to‑consumer counterparts in various markets and technical teams to embody the brand’s vision on the site.
- Oversee the DTC customer journey, identify and remove blockers, and improve conversion.
- Partner with market teams to do user and A/B testing, build hypotheses, run tests, and analyze results to evolve the .COM experience.
- Work closely with the Digital Content Lead to develop high‑performing landing pages and product detail pages for the global .COM business.
- Leverage Google Analytics and consumer behavior data to drive site enhancements and inform broader eCommerce strategy.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert on all website KPIs, synthesizing learnings into a feedback loop for the product owner team and market counterparts.
- Recommend best‑in‑class site functionality based on competitive analysis and industry trends.
- Own the local DTC auditing process to ensure global markets follow mandated DMI guidelines and maintain local consistency.
- Maintain relationships with market and zone digital technical counterparts and provide structured audit feedback.
- 1–2+ years of experience in product management or e‑commerce roles.
- Experience in onsite testing and conversion rate optimization is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Google Analytics is preferred.
- Strong quantitative skills to translate data into actionable business items.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an incremental and iterative way, overcoming obstacles to deliver results.
- Creative problem solving with a passion for user‑centric design.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to influence multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Manage and improve the global Skin Ceuticals e‑commerce website.
- Work with technical teams, developers, and global markets to launch new website features.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics.
- Improve customer experience and increase online sales/conversions.
- Run A/B testing and user testing to identify what works best.
- Ensure all countries and markets follow global website standards.
- Monitor competitors and recommend new website features and improvements.
- E-commerce/Product Management experience.
- Website optimization & UX/UI knowledge.
- Google Analytics expertise.
- A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Stakeholder Management.
- Data Analysis & KPI Tracking.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) – preferred.
- 1–2+ years in e‑commerce or digital product management.
- Experience improving website performance and customer journeys.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
- Experience working with developers, marketers, and global teams.
Manage and optimize Skin Ceuticals' global e‑commerce website by improving user experience, increasing conversions, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with technical and business teams worldwide.
