Key Responsibil- ities
Server Administra
tion:
Manage and maintain Windows, Linux, and Unix environments to ensure optimal perform - ance.
Cloud Operat
ions:
Administer cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and O365 for enterprise workloads and containeriza - tion.
Virtualiza
tion:
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot VMware-based environments to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and availability of virtualized infrastruc - ture.
System Monito
ring:
Leverage platforms such as Solar Winds and Data Dog to ensure network reliability and perform - ance.
Incident Manage
ment:
Lead network-related incident resolution, ensuring SLAs are met and escalating issues when neces - sary.
Security Best Pract
ices:
Implement and support secure networking solutions, ensuring robust protection in on-premise and cloud environm - ents.
Documenta
tion:
Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology maps and procedures for trouble shoo
- Skills Strong experience Cisco Nexus/Arista/Meraki Switches, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Windows, Linux, and Unix environments using the Service
NOW ticketing - system.
Strong experience in NOC operations with expertise in Windows, Linux, and Unix environments using the Service
NOW ticketing - system.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, O365, VMware) and virtualization/containerization techno - logies.
Backup and DR Support:
Experience supporting and troubleshooting backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Rubrik and Zerto, ensuring data protection and system resi - lience.
Hands-on experience with firewalls, routing protocols, and network monitoring tools like Sola - rWinds.
Familiarity with automation tools and sc - ripting
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic prio

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Power Shell, Bash) for automating server and cloud ope - rations.
Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions in AWS, Azure, or O365 envir - onments.
Knowledge of infrastructure capacity planning and performance tuning. - Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration for managing distributed appli
- cations.
Familiarity with security best practices, SIEM platforms, and endpoint pro - tection.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on ex - perience.
