eCommerce Specialist Specialty Ownership:
Operations, Affiliates & Analytics

Reporting to the Sr. eCommerce & Performance Marketing Manager, this role supports the day-to-day management of ATG's US websites, with a primary focus on event lifecycle support, website analytics, tracking governance, affiliate operations, and digital marketing operations.

The successful candidate will act as the operational owner for tracking requests, affiliate support, digital marketing workflows, and website analytics coordination, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, Ticketing Operations, Product, and analytics vendors.

This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented eCommerce professional looking to develop expertise in analytics, digital operations, and website optimization.

Key Responsibilities Website Content Placement & Management
  • Responsible for populating site pages using content management systems, ensuring content and creative assets are accurate and current.
  • Responsible for site merchandising, including copywriting and asset management (artwork and video) across assigned website pages.
  • Support venue teams with website requests and updates to align with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain landing pages with a focus on user experience, content optimization, and merchandising.
  • Support website QA and launch readiness activities for announces, presales, and onsales.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Develop close working relationships with channel owners to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Optimize images and videos for web performance and page speed.
Tracking, Affiliate & Marketing Operations
  • Own the intake and management of pixel and tag requests through established workflows.
  • Manage tracking requests from producers, agencies, venue teams, and marketing partners.
  • Support affiliate partner onboarding, tracking implementation, and ongoing operational requests.
  • Coordinate implementation with analytics vendors, including Incubeta.
  • Maintain tracking documentation, implementation records, and governance processes.
  • Support UTM governance and campaign tracking standards.
  • Manage tracking requests submitted through centralized intake processes and workflows.
Analytics & Reporting Support
  • Support recurring reporting processes, dashboard maintenance, and website performance monitoring.
  • Conduct tracking QA and validation to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with campaign performance reporting and data collection.
  • Identify and elevate measurement, attribution, and analytics issues as required.
  • Support the Analyst with data collection, validation, and reporting initiatives.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Collaborate with SEO, Merchandising, Analytics, Ticketing Operations, Product, CRM, and Marketing teams to support business objectives.
  • Support implementation and testing of new website functionality, tracking requirements, and operational processes.
  • Assist with documentation, process improvements, and operational best practices.
Skills & Experience

Preferred Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, website operations, marketing operations, analytics support, affiliate marketing, or campaign management.
  • Experience working with content management systems.
  • Experience supporting website content management, digital marketing campaigns, or eCommerce operations.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), website analytics, campaign tracking, and digital marketing measurement.
  • Experience working with pixels, tags, UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager, or marketing technology platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
