What You Will Be Doing

As the demand for tech support continues to grow, we are seeking individuals with strong technical skills and knowledge to provide IT support to our client's internal employees. This role involves providing Tier 2 support for end-user computing devices, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring a smooth user experience by deploying and maintaining various technologies.

Required Skills
  • Proven experience providing technical support, ideally in a desktop support role.
  • Knowledge of Service Now, Outlook, and other essential tools for desktop support.
  • Experience with refreshing workstations and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with different teams and stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Previous experience with Geek Squad or similar desktop support roles.
  • Familiarity with Service Now and experience with desktop refreshes.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and personal growth in the tech support field.
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, including Windows and Mac support.
  • Proficiency in setting up workstations, providing conference room support, and basic networking tasks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and corporate network systems.
  • An associate degree or certification in Computer Science or a related field.
