People Soft Techno Functional Consultant

9+ Years. Overview:
We are looking for an experienced People Soft Techno Functional Consultant with strong analytical and communication skills to lead and support People Soft FSCM modules. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands‑on experience with People Tools and must be capable of delivering large‑scale, end‑to‑end projects.

• Lead and support People Soft FSCM modules including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Billing (BI), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Purchasing etc.
• Analyze and optimize business processes within FSCM modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and implement requirements.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Participate actively as a hands‑on field worker with strong involvement in People Tools.
• Ensure successful end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale projects.

• Strong knowledge of People Soft FSCM modules: AP, GL, BI, AR, Purchasing.
• Hands‑on experience with People Tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in delivering large, end‑to‑end projects.
• Techno‑functional expertise with both functional and technical capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Strong business process understanding and optimization capabilities.
