Member of Revenue Strategy & Operations, Salesforce Architect

Our newly created Salesforce Architect role leads the firm’s Revenue Engine, bridging complex financial workflows with scalable tech architecture and ensuring robustness, security, and compliance.

• Systems Architecture & Design Mastery: Expert-level ability to design scalable data models, complex sharing/visibility patterns, and multi-system integration strategies.
• Technical Governance & Dev Ops: Deep understanding of the Salesforce Order of Execution, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
• Strategic GTM Solutioning: Ability to translate revenue goals into technical workflows that reduce friction and improve data velocity.
• Financial Services/Regulated Industry Expertise: Proven experience in environments with high compliance, KYC/AML, and security auditing requirements.

• Architectural Authority: Act as the final reviewer for all system changes, ensuring each Flow, Apex trigger, and integration follows enterprise-grade design patterns.
• Advanced Solutioning: 8–10 years of experience resolving complex problems where out-of-the-box functionality is limited, especially with large data volumes and programmatic automation.
• Fin Tech Ecosystem Mastery: Navigate the complexities of integrating Salesforce with internal systems, ERPs such as Net Suite, and CLM tools such as Ironclad.

• Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Independently drive the bi‑weekly sprint cycle, prioritizing high‑impact architectural stability over ad‑hoc requests.
• Security & Compliance Leadership: Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure Salesforce meets federal banking charter standards for data segregation and auditability.
• Technical Debt Mitigation: Audit and refactor legacy configurations to maintain performance as the firm scales.

• Understand Anchorage Digital’s strategy, key objectives, and ongoing efforts to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor trends that may affect the company’s success.
• Analyze situations requiring deep knowledge of organizational objectives.

• Help team members align their work with strategic goals and communicate progress internally and externally.
• Promote a positive environment, listen empathetically, and adjust communication for maximum impact.
• Navigate sensitive and complex interactions while preserving relationships.
• Influence senior management or executives on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Act as ambassador of Anchorage’s culture and values, ensuring cross‑functional alignment.

• Experience: 8–10+ years of Salesforce-specific solutioning, progressing from Administrator to Architect.
• Certifications: Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect, or the designer certifications that comprise them.
• Domain Expertise: Significant experience in Financial Services, Crypto, or Fin Tech, with focus on security and data integrity for regulated institutions.
• GTM Fluency: Deep familiarity with the modern Revenue Stack, including CPQ, Hub Spot/Marketo integrations, and Looker reporting.
• Bonus:
  Apex and LWC experience, Certified Technical Architect designation or pursuit, and enthusiasm for the financial system milieu.
