Position: Enterprise Applications Analyst (Workday & Enterprise Systems)

Overview

The Enterprise Applications Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise business applications, with a primary focus on Workday and other enterprise platforms. This role works closely with developers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure applications are stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

This position serves as a functional and technical liaison, contributing to system configuration, analysis, testing, and day‑to‑day application support while helping maintain the integrity and performance of enterprise systems.

What You Will Do
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Workday and other enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear translation of requirements into system solutions.
  • Provide day‑to‑day application support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Support multiple enterprise applications (including but not limited to Workday ERP modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll).
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Participate in the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
  • Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, and UAT support) to ensure quality delivery.
  • Analyze system workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Assist in managing inbound tickets and escalations; identify trends and support long‑term solutions.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configurations, and user guides.
  • Support audits, compliance efforts, and data integrity initiatives across enterprise systems.
  • Contribute to enterprise application projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent (required).
  • 2-4 years of experience in enterprise applications, systems analysis, or ERP environments.
  • Experience supporting Workday or similar enterprise platforms in a functional or technical capacity.
  • Exposure to application support, system enhancements, and production issue management.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a business and IT environment.
  • Working knowledge of Workday architecture, modules, or comparable ERP systems.
  • Experience with system configuration, reporting, or integrations (Workday experience is a plus).
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies and systems analysis practices.
  • Ability to assess system capabilities and support integrations across enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and production support environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment when evaluating and recommending system solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with Workday releases and updates.
  • Exposure to reporting and analytics tools (e.g.,
    Workday reporting, dashboards).
Pay Range

USD $93,400.00 - USD $ /Yr.
