Our client is looking for a PMO Lead to transform their CRM operating model into a scalable governance framework.
Responsibilities- Own CRM governance framework and intake process
- Implement and manage PM tools (Workfront/Jira) and associated workflow
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Campaign Management, Adobe Campaign Development, HTML Production, QA)
- Support the evolution of AI‑enabled CRM capabilities
- 10+ years in digital production or CRM program management
- Experience in martech‑driven environments
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Campaign or similar CRM platforms and HTML
- Experience with PM tools (Workfront or Jira preferred)
- Experience managing offshore and cross‑functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP preferred
