Join Amazon Ads as a Programmatic Solutions Expert and play a crucial role in helping our enterprise customers maximize their use of the Amazon Demand‑Side Platform (DSP). In this impactful position, you will manage the complete experience for programmatic trading desks, ensuring our customers gain deep insights into our programmatic advertising solutions. Your expertise in advertising technology and programmatic advertising will be instrumental in driving success and helping clients exceed their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with programmatic trading desk managers to understand their objectives and foster strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Provide onboarding assistance, support plans, product training, and industry best practices to enhance customer experiences.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, diagnose root causes, and provide actionable recommendations for adoption and enablement.
- Contribute to the evolution of Amazon DSP by supporting customer participation in product betas and collaborating with internal teams for product development.
- Improve processes and tools to enhance the effectiveness of the Programmatic Solutions Consultant team.
Your day may involve onboarding new traders, conducting training sessions, assisting with beta features, strategizing business plans, optimizing campaign execution, and performing diagnostic analyses to solve issues. As an advocate for your clients, you will ensure their feedback influences product development, while empowering them to become proficient users of the DSP.
You will bring passion and clarity to understanding customer needs and drive the adoption of Amazon technologies through best practices and services. Your ownership and deep knowledge of our offerings will ensure you communicate effectively with clients and support their advertising endeavors.
Basic Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience in programmatic advertising in a consultative role.
- Proven experience in digital advertising and customer-facing positions.
- Experience with brand and media planning.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising technologies.
- Ability to effectively present and train B2B customers on DSP usage.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Background in e-commerce or online advertising.
- Experience with omni-channel marketing or digital analytics.
- Specialization in a specific vertical within programmatic advertising.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Location:
New York, NY
The base salary range for this position is 75,200. USD annually. You can also expect sign‑on payments and stock options as part of your compensation package.
