This role supports test automation by creating highly detailed, click-level test scripts. The individual will not write automation code but will produce precise test steps that automation engineers will convert into automated scripts.
Responsibilities- Review completed requirements and build manual test scripts.
- Execute functional and end-to-end testing for:
- Empower LOS
- New proprietary Loan Officer Digital system
- Validate mortgage workflows and business scenarios.
- Identify, document, and report defects and anomalies.
- Validate compliance related workflows (e.g., TRID).
- Proactively raise issues when functional or regulatory gaps are identified.
- Collaborate with release and business teams during testing cycles.
- Strong working knowledge of Empower LOS.
- Experience in manual testing and test case creation.
- Understanding of mortgage lending workflows.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory concepts affecting mortgage systems.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
