Role Description (Summary) The consultant will lead Oracle HCM Benefits implementations, serving as the primary lead for benefits configuration, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires prior experience as a Benefits Lead with minimal hand-holding, ensuring smooth integration with payroll, time, and core HR modules. Mandatory Skills (Must-Have) Oracle HCM Benefits – proven track record as Benefits Lead End-to-end benefits configuration and administration Independent leadership with minimal guidance Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills Experience in benefits compliance and reporting Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) Exposure to Oracle HCM integrations with payroll, time, and core HR modules Multi-state/multi-country benefits program experience Prior work in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government) Strong documentation and process improvement skills Agile/Scrum methodology exposure
