The RolePartner with enterprise customers to help them understand the impact of AI on work, redesign how work gets done, optimize workflows, evolve workforce strategies, and build practical transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Working alongside Account Executives, this role leads the consultative buying journey by diagnosing customer challenges, facilitating workshops, designing solutions, delivering demonstrations, developing business cases, responding to RFPs, and helping customers navigate workforce and AI transformation.
This person acts as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them rethink work, workflows, teams, skills, and operating models in the age of AI.
What You’ll Do Discovery & Strategic Consulting- Lead discovery sessions with senior business, HR, transformation, operations, and AI leaders.
- Understand business priorities, productivity challenges, workforce needs, and AI ambitions.
- Diagnose opportunities for workforce transformation, work redesign, workflow optimization, and AI adoption.
- Identify customer pain points, value drivers, and desired business outcomes.
- Facilitate strategic conversations that help customers define their transformation priorities.
- Help customers understand how AI will impact work, jobs, teams, and workforce strategies.
- Facilitate workshops focused on work redesign, workflow redesign, productivity improvement, and workforce transformation.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, augment, or reinvent work.
- Design future-state approaches that combine people, AI, automation, and new ways of working.
- Develop transformation recommendations and roadmaps aligned to customer goals.
- Design customer-specific transformation approaches.
- Translate customer challenges into compelling solution recommendations.
- Map customer priorities to Reejig capabilities.
- Build business cases and value narratives.
- Help customers prioritize use cases and transformation initiatives.
- Present recommendations and strategic options to executive stakeholders.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations that connect directly to customer challenges and opportunities.
- Facilitate executive workshops and working sessions.
- Lead discussions around AI transformation, workforce planning, work redesign, workflow optimization, and operating model evolution.
- Support proof-of-concepts, pilots, and strategic evaluations.
- Own and manage RFP and RFI responses.
- Develop proposals, solution recommendations, and customer presentations.
- Support strategic enterprise opportunities from discovery through decision.
- Help customers evaluate options and build confidence in their buying decision.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to increase win rates and accelerate deal progression.
- Support strategic reviews with existing customers.
- Facilitate transformation workshops and planning sessions.
- Identify new opportunities for workforce transformation, workflow redesign, and AI adoption.
- Help customers expand the value they receive from Reejig over time.
- 5–10 years of experience in workforce transformation, organizational transformation, management consulting, AI transformation, operating model transformation, process improvement, or strategic advisory.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers.
- Strong workshop facilitation and executive engagement skills.
