The Marketing Analyst (Digital) will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing the firm’s digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms to support client acquisition, brand growth, and market positioning in the highly regulated and data-driven legal services sector. The role requires the application of advanced analytical, business, and technical principles, consistent with a bachelor’s degree-level professional occupation.
CoreJob Duties
- Analyze digital marketing performance data across platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Linked In, You Tube, and website CRM systems to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Design, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting, and video ads) for immigration services including H-1B, L-1, EB-1A, NIW, EB-5, and family-based green cards, using data-driven bidding and targeting strategies.
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies, including keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink evaluation, technical SEO audits, and content optimization to increase organic traffic and lead conversions.
- Perform statistical and trend analysis on client intake data, web traffic, social media engagement, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic improvements.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics across Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, Linked In, and Facebook, translating engagement data into actionable insights for content and campaign refinement.
- Create and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports using analytical tools, spreadsheets, and visualization software to present findings to firm leadership and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with attorneys, intake teams, and external vendors to align digital campaigns with legal advertising compliance requirements and firm branding standards.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing of landing pages, email campaigns, ad creatives, and call-to-action strategies to improve user experience and lead conversion rates.
- Analyze market trends, audience demographics, and competitor digital strategies within the legal and immigration services sector to guide campaign planning and budget allocation.
- Support marketing automation initiatives, including CRM integration, lead scoring, email workflows, and data segmentation, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of client acquisition metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a closely related field is required.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, data analysis, and social media marketing, including hands‑on use of analytics platforms, advertising tools, and marketing software.
- Demonstrated ability to apply business analytics, technical data analysis, and marketing strategy principles to real‑world digital campaigns.
